Bringing Up Piggy is a new Quest in FarmVille. It will require you to Raise 3 Piglets, Buy 1 Pig Topiary and Harvest your Pig Pen. As a reward, you will recieve 200 XP, 1 Pig In The Mud Decoration and 1,500 coins. This quest requires you to have completed the A Few More Piglets Quest.

A Few More Piglets is a new Quest in FarmVille. It will require you to Breed 5 Piglets, Harvest 200 Spinach and Get 6 Piggy Toys (Neighbors). As a reward, you will recieve 200 XP, 5 Love Potions, 10 Bottles and 1,500 coins. This quest requires you to have completed the To Catch A Piglet Quest.

To Catch A Piglet is a new Quest in FarmVille. It will require you to Complete your Pig Pen, Visit 5 Neighbors and Plant 1 Apple Tree. As a reward, you will recieve 200 XP, 1 Tiger Stripe Boar and 1,500 coins. This quest requires no previous quests to be completed.

FarmVille and Zynga have FINALLY released the appropriate art for the Pig Pens! Since Pig Breeding has been released, we have been stuck with the “Old Look” of the Pig Pen since April 22nd, 2011. Well, that is no longer the case as the correct art is now in the game and now when/if you build a pig pen the appropriate colors will follow suit to the rest of the English Countryside Buildings.
Note: Pig Pens will change automatically to the new style, don’t rebuild them! This may be a slow roll out so hang tight!

Earlier last week we showed off a VERY exclusive image of some of the Pig Breeds that will be showing up soon! Well, with the latest batch of UNRELEASED comes a new screen that displays some friendly mom and dad pig and even a piglet!
The dad with his mop top totally fits the profile and the mom is a basic looking pig. The piglet is nothing more than recolored piglets from before. You can expect to use love potions and bottles much like sheep breeding.

You will need 12 Wooden Boards, 12 Bricks and 12 Nails to complete the Expansion. The more pigs you have in your Pigpen, the more truffle hunting you can do! Expand your Pigpen Today!

FarmVille may soon be adding a new pig to the pig pens. Currently FarmVille has 16 pigs that have been released, hopefully we will be adding number 17 soon. This is the UNRELEASED Pied Pig. As always we do not know if/when this little fellar will be released or his price.

It’s time to send your pigs on a hunt! Now you can feed your pigs Slop and send them to your Neighbors’ farms to find Truffles you can trade in for special items! For more information on this feature, please review the guide below.
Pigs in a completed pigpen can be used to hunt for truffles on your Neighbor’s farms. Better pigs give better Truffles, and better Truffles can be traded for prizes, including all new pigs!
To get started with Truffle Hunting, click on your pigpen and select “look inside”.

FarmVille has been releasing larger items at a slow pace to avoid problems during releases. Well, add pig pens to that list, as they are being SLOWLY released to the players. If you recieve one, the first thing you will notice upon loading the game is a instant popup telling you they are here! The Pig Pen will show up in your giftbox or it can be purchased later on from the Market (If need be) for 5,000 coins. Remember, you must recieve the pop ups in order to start the building.
