In order to access Zynga Live Chat, you will need to head over to FarmVille.com and load your game. After that you will need to click the Support link at the bottom of the page. You will then see a screen just like the one below. If live chat is Available, just click and start chatting to an agent. If not, you will need to close that window and click the support link again. FarmVille and Zynga use authorization tokens in the back end of your browser which will prevent refreshing. Just keep clicking the support link until you see it. Happy Chatting!
