Clearing your cache is important so that your game does not run using old information. Please refer to http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/49 for an explanation on what cache is and why you should clean it.

2. How to clear flash cache:
Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
Select the “Delete all sites” button. This will clear old information that your computer may be storing
3. How to do a full refresh of my browser:
Hold down the CTRL key and press the F5 button at the same time
Completing these steps may enable you to quickly resolve your issue and return to your gameplay. This works in many cases, but it may not resolve all issues. If you have cleared your caches, and you still find that you are having issues, please follow these steps below.

2. Restart your computer.

Q: What is the FarmVille Restoration Policy? I accidentally deleted/sold ____ will it be replaced?
A: Items purchased with Farm Cash FV$ that have been lost due to an in-game error will be restored. For the complete detailed list of items read Zynga’s FarmVille Restoration Policy.
Q: I have been wrongly charged on my credit card or did not receive the farm cash that I purchased, how do I get this resolved?
A: For any Billing questions regarding FarmVille, you may contact Zyga’s Billing Department directly by phone at 866-820-2321 or by sending them an email via their Customer Service Website at Zynga Billing Support.
Q: How long does it take for my crops to wither?
A: Each Crop has specific growing times that are associated with its withering time. A crop will wither if you do not harvest it within the time frame relative to its growing time. For example, Strawberries require 4 hours to grow, so they will start to wither approximately 4 hours after they have ripened and are ready to harvest. To find out each Crop’s Growing/Withering Time check out each specific seed in the FarmVille Market. Each Crop will display the time it takes for it to harvest, which will also be the time it takes for it to wither after it has ripened.
Q: How do I get FarmVille Cash or FV$?
A: Currently the only ways to add more FV$ instantly is to purchase additional farm cash with a Credit Card or PayPal account. The offers and surveys are no longer available due to controversial and misleading content.
Q: How long is a day in FarmVille?
A: A day in FarmVille is approximately 23 hours.
Q: While I was tending to my FarmVille farm, I saw Golden Coins falling across the screen, how do I get them?
A: The Golden Coins are a random event in FarmVille. It can happen while you are plowing, planting, or harvesting. You do not need to do anything to get them or try to catch them because you will automatically receive 100 coins from each Golden Coin event.
