FarmVille has released a tweet on their twitter stating that Everyone should have their Crafting Buildings at this point. This originally was a slow rolling release to prevent bugs, crashes or other complications in this huge release. As stated in the June 23rd Podcast, they are slowing down big releases and working on game fixes and other issues which everyone has been asking for.
